Dear Visitor!

We hope that we shall have the pleasure to  have you as a guest and therefore before booking we kindly ask you to read and accept our general terms and conditions.

1. Check-in (between 15h-20h daily, other schedule to be agreed with us)

By check-in we need an ID card of every guest.

The pre-reserved services must be settled upon arrival.

You will receive a key of the house, that you may keep for your stay. The costs of replacement of damaged or lost keys will be charged on you. Persons under any disturbing influence can be refused.

2. Check-out At the end of your stay you have to liberate the guest house and return the key until 10 a.m. Any other check-out schedule must be agreed by us.

We keep the right of controlling the state of the guest-house before your departure. Any unnecessarily damages must be paid on the spot.

3. The guest house and the garden are at your disposal, inside the guest house any kind of smoking is not allowed.

4. Daytime visitors can be accepted only with our consent. You are fully responsible of their behaviour.

5. During your stay please avoid any disturbing of the neighbourhood.

6. Please be careful while using appliances and facilities of the guest house, do not forget to turn off or to close them out of use. After using please clean and keep stored the kitchen- and dish-ware. Taking out of the guest-house towels, blankets or other equipment is not allowed.

7. Pets are allowed only with our previous consent.

8. For any waste please use the designed bins.

9. Any severe violation of these rules can result of ceasing of stay without refund.
